Todavía no enviaste ninguna consulta.
lextrace.org/buscarMismo login, otra pantalla.
Todavía no tenés ningún informe completado.
DNI/CUIT 27-31245678-3
Fassi, Norberto c/ Compañía de Seguros del Plata S.A.
· Juzgado Civil y Comercial Nº 5 · En Letra
How to reach the site for the first time, what each screen shows, and how search, chat, and printing reports work. The screens faithfully reproduce the real interface; the example case is fictional, included only to show what a completed report looks like.
There are two sites, sharing one login: Mi Cuenta ("My Account", lextrace.org/) to request investigations and check status, and Búsqueda ("Search", lextrace.org/buscar) to search already-completed reports, ask the AI questions about them, and print them.
Landing on lextrace.org with no prior login, this is everything there is: email, password, and a link to activate an account. There is no search option visible here at all — that only appears after logging in.
You receive an invite code (generated by the team, one per client — there's never open sign-up). With that code you fill in your name, DNI/CUIT (Argentine tax ID), and password, and see the actual Terms text before the checkbox can be ticked — the activate button doesn't work until it's accepted.
That Terms text isn't hand-written into the page — it's fetched live from GET /portal/legal/terms every time this form opens. And the acceptance is genuinely recorded: if you don't tick the box, the account isn't created.
After activating, you log in with email and password. This is exactly the first thing you see: there's only a form to request a report, no live search. Below it, a registry (empty at first) of your own requests.
Todavía no enviaste ninguna consulta.
Fill in the name, the DNI/CUIT, and the declared purpose (required — a legal requirement, not a design whim: every query needs a specific registered reason, and it's audited). On submit it sits as "pending" — it doesn't run itself, someone on the team reviews it and runs the real search afterward.
201 — "Request sent — you'll see it here once it's completed."
lextrace.org/buscarSame login, different screen. Here you search only among your own already-completed reports — never the full shared vault, never another client's data. Right after activating, before anything's completed, it looks like this:
Todavía no tenés ningún informe completado.
The team marks the request completed. Back on /buscar, it's there — tap it to open the full report, with fraud signals extracted from the filing, and the "Imprimir informe" (Print report) button right below the case. The example below uses a fictional case, only to show the report's real format:
DNI/CUIT 27-31245678-3
Fassi, Norberto c/ Compañía de Seguros del Plata S.A.
· Juzgado Civil y Comercial Nº 5 · En Letra
⚠ Address overlap between the claimant and the assessor on an unrelated claim, filed with a different insurer six months earlier…
The button fires window.print() — the browser's native print dialog. The page has its own print stylesheet: it hides the search bar, chat, and navigation, and adds a header with the name and the required legal footer, so what gets printed is a clean document, not a screenshot of the whole app.
Next to the report is a question panel. Continuing the same example case, here's how the assistant would respond:
This chat never sees the shared vault or another client's reports — your org's own data is assembled server-side before ever calling the AI, not through tools the model could misuse. A different org's account, asking the exact same question, doesn't mention this identity at all.
LexTrace is a controlled professional service, not open-ended search. These rules are built into how the product works, not just legal text:
"This report has been prepared on the basis of judicial sources consulted on the indicated date… It does not include criminal, family-law, reserved, or restricted cases… It does not constitute an automated decision and does not replace the corresponding professional analysis."
